Carving Board 45cm has a natural finish and smooth surface of the specially selected hardwoods that makes it ideal for kitchen use. Features include oiled European beech with a ridged center for anchoring meat while cutting and an excellent groove for collecting juices.

Care / Instruction for all David Mellor Design chopping boards:
- Wooden items used for serving or preparing food should be washed under running water.
- They should never be immersed in water or washed in a dishwasher, as soaking may cause the wood to warp or split.
- They should be dried immediately with a towel, not left to drain.
- To maintain the condition of wooden items, a small quantity of edible oil may be rubbed into the wood.

- Do not place in microwave; do not put into dishwasher.
