Shipping within the continental US
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage as our preferred carrier and service. FedEx or UPS is an option upon request depending on destination and weight of merchandise. Once your order ships you will receive in email notification with your tracking information. Availability varies and we usually ship within 1-2 days for in-stock items, but up to about 3-6 weeks in some cases. We will notify you in writing immediately after we receive your order in the event delays are to be expected.
Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt of package, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage or defect; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Acceptance of Delivery / Shipment
At Abode New York, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If the package arrives damaged, reject it and/or contact Abode New York before opening the package at info@abode-newyork.com. Please forward JPEG or PDF images of the packaging as proof of damage. No refunds will be issued for any damages that occurred during shipping. If you accept a shipment for an item damaged by the shipper, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper, USPS, FedEx or UPS.
You are required to inspect each box of the order for damages or missing items prior to accepting your delivery. Acceptance of the delivery by you or someone acting on your behalf is your acknowledgement that the merchandise(s) as listed on the packing slip were all received and in good order.
