Handcrafted from recycled cardboard, Graypants Scraplights Drop Pendant Lights provide warm, intimate, and functional lighting for any occasion or type of space. Tough and elegant, each shade is precision cut with a laser and assembled by hand using a nontoxic adhesive. All Scraplights are treated with an environmentally friendly fire retardant and are inscribed with the name of their artisan maker.
Scraplights are constructed from natural recycled cardboard precision cut by a laser. This gives the edges their classic dark appearance and enhances the warm light projected through the corrugation. The classic series includes many of the best-selling models such as the Moon and Disc.

Rooted in Seattle as architects, founders Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker decided to further feed their creative appetites through product design and art exhibits. In 2007, “graypants” was scribbled onto a piece of paper and the new company’s flagship line of pendant lights made entirely of repurposed corrugated cardboard – Scraplights – was promptly introduced.
