Returns & Exchanges
Non-furniture returns purchased from Abode New York Inc. may be returned for store credit or exchange (minus original shipping and handling fees) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resale-able condition. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Abode New York Inc. requires a receipt and the original, intact packaging of item in order to allow store credit or exchange. Store credit will be valid for one (1) month from the date the merchandise is received.
All sale and special orders items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Abode New York Inc. reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the site. All monitors portray color in different lights. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the products that you order will be an exact color representation from what you view on the abode-newyork.com web site.
